Pofii's Service-level agreement

  1. Service Availability: Pofii guarantees a 99.9% service uptime for all hosting plans. In the event that service uptime falls below 99.9%, Pofii will provide a credit to the customer equal to 5% of the monthly service fee for each hour of service downtime, up to a maximum of 100% of the monthly service fee.

  2. Support: Pofii will provide 24/7 technical support via email, phone and chat. Support requests will be acknowledged within 1 hour and resolved within 12 hours.

  3. Maintenance: Pofii will perform regular maintenance on the servers to ensure optimal performance. Any planned maintenance will be announced 24 hours in advance and will be scheduled for non-peak hours to minimize disruption to the customer's service.

  4. Security: Pofii is committed to providing secure hosting services. We will regularly update and maintain our servers to ensure they are protected against known security threats.

  5. Data Backup: Pofii will perform daily backups of all customer data. Backups will be stored on secure servers and can be restored upon request.

  6. Refund Policy: Pofii offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all hosting plans. If the customer is not satisfied with the service, they may cancel within the first 30 days and receive a full refund.

  7. Service Termination: Pofii reserves the right to terminate service in the event of a violation of the terms of service or if the customer's actions threaten the security or integrity of the servers.
